Calculation of Delivery Charges

Charges are calculated according to the size of your order. Our stencils are sent rolled in cardboard tubes, then placed in secure packaging. The size of the stencils determines the size of the parcel, thus influencing the price of delivery.

Customs duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These additional costs, which are not included in our prices, are at the customer's expense. We invite you to consult local regulations for more information. Mes-Pochoirs.com is not responsible for these costs.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unused stencils within 30 days. You will receive a full refund, including postage. Please note that return postage will not be refunded.

Refusal of parcel

If the parcel is refused on delivery, the customer will be reimbursed the amount of the order, minus shipping and return costs. This measure is intended to cover the logistical costs incurred by Mes-Pochoirs.com for the dispatch and return of the parcel. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the refused parcel, after verification of its integrity.
