Beautiful! This rose is my first attempt with a stencil; I’m not an absolute beginner in painting, but I still have a lot to learn in terms of technique, colors, execution, vision, and confidence. This stencil has really helped me in all these areas, and the material is also great! I paint on canvas, with acrylic paints; I tried a few different patterns with the stencil; the spray works best. As for the background design, I’ve learned a lot since then; the inspiration and help came from John’s video; I’ve already learned a lot since then; I’ll keep going! I’m uploading two pictures; these were the first two I painted with the stencil. With the stencils, I’ve reached a level that really gives me hope and joy, like the beautiful rose Bloom of Hope!
